Neighbors' Help During Earth Day Refreshes Our Park

Vernon Heights held its Neighborhood Earth Day clean up Saturday, April 24th at the park.

For everyone that helped, our heartfelt thanks.:

Once again the park is beginning a return to its old glory.

New Mandatory Water Restrictions

Remember, even during our rainy seasons, we are only allowed to water our lawns ONCE A WEEK! Odd-numbered addressed are Saturday, and even-numbered addresses are Sunday. Since we are getting so much rain lately, it's probably a good idea to turn your sprinklers off anyway...during the slow growing months, our lawns only need water once a week anyway.

Additional restrictions include:

  • Water only if necessary and not between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Water for no more than one hour per zone.
  • Restrictions apply to private wells and pumps, ground or
  • surface water and water from public and private utilities.
Some exceptions apply. Learn more at Palm Beach Management District's Web Site.
